Thanks for all your help. I've been reading all I can about raising backyard chickens and have placed an order for chicks. Delivery the first part of April. I will be using a large tote for a brooder and will start construction on a coop as soon as weather breaks. Anyone with any words of wisdom for me as I prepare for this adventure.....fire away.
