Dealing with meat birds sounds like a tough task... still working up my nerve to attempt a true homesteading lifestyle someday. I'm sure you can find all the help and support you need right here!

Processing is not difficult once you get past that first emotional barrier. If you would I can hook you up with a video or two to teach you the process I use. Key is a really sharp knife and being very calm.
