Hi Everyone,
Thanks for having me

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Very new, Just had a family friend drop off 2 birds last month and then picked up two questionable pullets last week!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
4!
(3) What breeds do you have?
No idea actually, a kind member helped ID the 2 youngins, they're splashed red wyandottes.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I wanted a dog...but then my mom said we had a dog at home, turns out they're chickens. So I have chicken dogs. I enjoy watching chicken TV between meetings while I work from home hah.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Online Gaming!
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
No other pets, family of 4 and am a structural engineer.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I have been frantically researching if I have cockerels or pullets and came across BYC.

Meet the ladies?
Cream/Tan is Chi (She's boss b***** and attacks everyone)
Brown is Mo (she's had better days, she came to us missing feathers already )

Grey Butt/more grey = Taters
Browner one looking at us = Tots

we all come for one reason or another. mine may have been to id mine since i got them from TSC and i couldnt trust the breeds froim them. I love it hear and i hope you will to. I cant think of a better palce to be once u got chickens.
