Hello! Welcome to BYC!! What kind of climate do you have in Alberta?

I am south of the city of Calgary. We are very sunny most of the year. Warm/hot summers, very cold in winter, lovely spring and fall. We are also very dry. Not a lot of snow or rain. But we green up nicely in May and June. My chickens have a nice covered area so even on snowy days they can get out and dust bath in the cold sun.
