We just recently moved to Amarillo, TX from another state. It is very dry, compared to the rest of the state. We are so excited to be in a home and are looking into getting 3-4 chickens for eggs. We are in a neighborhood and would prefer quite chickens or hens to keep the noise level as low as possible so we don't bother the neighbors. I am SO new at this! Happy to be here.
