fact: i hated silkies and said that they were dumb stupid looking mongrel things. and now i breed them! and adore them!

I know!! I need some other breeds!!
The thing is our garden's very small compared to yours, and we wouldn't be able to keep more without them pecking each other to death. I want them to still have free ranging space and plenty of yard to scratch around in comfortably

I have an alright sized yard to have chickens its fairly big.

yeah, a few months ago i was complaining about not having enough chooks. haha. i got my wish. they a breeding like rabbits! and going broody!
