Thats ok, I will do my best to answer all your questions... I love being asked questions because I'm also learning and it gives me the opportunities to build my knowledge up... Oh I live up the road from you hahaha in the Hunter Valley... With your hen above it looks crossed buff x columbian.... A columbian pekin has a white body with small black coloured feathers around the neck as you can see be here

Oh wow, thank you so much.. So the Plymouth is that the breed or colour? As I was told she is a Peking?? I'm really still learning soo much. I have owned Leghorns, Rhode Island reds & Australorps before but never these breeds. Also the silkie you say could be blue doesn't have a dark head. She is all the same colour right over. Where as the other 2 have really dark top heads compared to their bodies Lol. Sorry for all the questions but the buff x Colombian is just a colour mix or a cross Breed?? This hen breathes different to all the others, her whole neck puffs out and in again as she's relaxed sitting still. Is this normal? I was watching her tonight while she settled for the night and you can see her whole neck going out & in. I was a little concerned ....

Oh the Hunter Valley, what a beautiful place x

Thanks Debbie

Yeah the Plymouth is its breed with this particular colour they come in light or dark barred, looks like yours is the dark..

Looking at the silkie again I would say you have 3 greys, if you googled grey silkies you will find that greys come in a large variety of lights and darks etc which really is confusing...

Its really hard to know if the buff x colombian is either because it could have been a throw back from her parents not necessary cross bred, an expert would be able to tell you a lot more than what I could

With her breathing it doesn't sound normal, and it could be a number of things. If it continues you might want to see a vet or even give them a call & explain the situation
