thanks for the warm welcome. Hopefully no problems this year with the foxes, I almost lost a Muscovy duck to one a few weeks ago, but managed to save it with a couple of well aimed arrows.

I don't have a working camera at the moment, but I can post the advert for the Altsteirer from the breeder I bought them from... http://www.tieranzeigen.at/bauernhoftiere/242723-brahma-brakel-und-altsteirer-zu-verkaufen.html . They do have a small crest but only behind the head. 20 years ago they where almost extinct, there where only 3 cockerels and 5 hens that could be found. They're numbers are good today, but the white Altsteirer is endangered.

Will definitely post pics once my camera is repaired.
