Hello from Boaz, Alabama

I found this site while searching for additional BLRW roosters to add to my flock. I currently have 8 hens and one Roo, and he does his job fairly well, but I have had a small fertility problem. Out of 42 eggs, 8 did not do anything at all. It could be that he is young ( all are 1 year old in May ) or could be anything else I suppose. Anyway, I have hatched off 2 sets of eggs in the incubator and I am hooked. I have been searching the net and studying the genetics of the color and breed standard. Wow there is so much to absorb and learn!
