My guess would be that your rooster probably has mites. My choice for treatment would be Permethrin if you can get it. I looked it up and apparently it is available in Brazil and many farmers use it. Also some garden dusts have permethrin in them to control insects on plants which if often ok to use on poultry. I use it in my nest boxes. If you can get permethrin spray him thoroughly weekly for 3 or 4 weeks as it does not kill the mites eggs but will as they hatch out. Also you would need to thoroughly treat the area where he lives. I noticed you also posted in the Emergencies / Diseases / Injuries and Cures forum which I was going to suggest. Good luck...
