You need to wrap (hobble) her legs immediately, otherwise she will never regain use of them. It will generally take 2 to 3 days and then she will be fine.

If its legs are spread out so its feet are not directly underneath it, that's splayed legs that need to be corrected early, or it will grow up into a crippled chicken.

Here's an article that shows how with a bandade. I use VetWrap...same difference pretty much. Just two or three days and you'll make it perfect again.
