Hello from ELK GROVE CA!
I am still trying to figure out IF i can have chickens in Elk Grove!
I cant seem to get a straight answer from the city. Any help is appreciated...

And I am not sure about the City of Elk Grove, but I know in Sacramento County, if you have a lot that is 10,000 sq. ft. or larger, there are no restrictions on the # of chickens you can have.

Also, greetings to the OP and welcome! We're in Somerset/Fairplay in El Dorado county.

I see you have a picture of an alpaca on your avatar. Is that one of yours? On the ranch where we live, there are I think 37 huacayas, 2 suris, and a llama. Oh, and OF COURSE a whole bunch of chickens! The alpacas aren't ours, but we love them and help take care of them. The chickens, though... those are ours.
