No idea of the breed I'm suspecting they're a mix probably here's a picture of them (Please excuse the blue dye,my hen was kind of a bully and pecked 'em on the head):

I have 1 Leghorn and 2 Leghorn chicks,1 Rhode Island Red, 1 Old English Game Bantam,1 Delaware or Columbian Rock mix (Identified here in Backyard Chickens! yay

) Rooster,and 1 unidentified chick that could be Rhode Island or Old English Game...

They look real cute with purple spotted heads. Does it stop the pecking?

It sure doesn't stop the pecking but it prevents the babies from getting a nasty infection,it's methylene blue (or purple ) My hens and rooster are just complete bullies!

There aren't a lot of backyard chickens in Cancun? In the reasonably good sized city in state of Puebla where my wife is from, there seem to be quite a few. I am surprised you don't find more.
