Turamisu - where does your fiancee live - a student nearby perhaps? I am just outside Ithaca, NY so very close to Cornell Univ
this area is fantastic - I love the weather ( we get all 4 seasons here!), the atmosphere and there are so many small towns and villages that are a joy to visit! A great spot to start my new chicken adventure!
