Hello from Central Virginia

Hi everyone...I live in Richmond, VA and am just starting the process on raising chickens. I have my plans for my coop and will begin the building process in the next couple of weeks. My plan is to raise around 10 hens for the eggs and enjoyment for my family and daughter. I have been around livestock all my life and will embrace any suggestions anyone has for me. I loook forward to chatting on BYC about my experience and I will post pics my journey.
