Hello everyone. I am brand new to chickens or as I need to call them "Backyard Hens". This gives me the wriggle room to have them in my area. I did a lot of research, reading and thinking prior to jumping into this endeavour. 2 1/2 weeks ago, I bought 2 RI Reds and 2 Buff Orpingtons. They live in the garage but get outside to their run and coop structure 3-4 times per week.

Hi.

I'm just curious, do you have windows in the garage that allows sunlight to get to the chickens?
I don't think I could handle chickens in my garage because they are so messy so congrats on maintaining them inside.

Nevermind, they are probably babies and need ot be in the garage for protection? I have some babies in my garage right now too.
