Hello from Coastal Georgia!

I'm a newbie to chickens, owned by 4 pullets *i hope* (2 Production Reds and 2 Black Sex Links approx 1 1/2 weeks old.) Construction of their coop begins next weekend by my very useful DH! (whose exact words about my foray into the world of chickens were "If you've got your heart set on it, I can't stop you anyway" Glad he's started in the right spirit!!)
Proud Navy Wife & Married to DH for 7 years. Mom to a 16 month old son and hatching another in late June

Also claimed by 2 American Saddlebred Horses, 2 dogs (Dalmatian & Australian Shepherd) and a very spoiled house cat.

Can't wait to learn lots more about my girls and meet new friends!
