Welcome neighbor! I’m in east TN, too, with 11 hens and a rooster, and ever-expanding plans for more. I also make sourdough bread every week, am an avid cook, and have taken up canning.

I’m curious about what counts as a micro-homestead? I have plenty of land but don’t homestead, but my son has 2 1/2 acres and is working on making it a homestead/food forest.
