Hello from eastern KS!

Thank you for all the "welcome" wishes :) We live in a city suburb, so are somewhat limited. Right now the plan is to get 2 Barred Rock, 2 Rhode Island Red, and 2 Easter Eggars. Don't want to overwhelmed by chicks; don't want to have to introduce older hens to one another (we're admittedly novices, and feel that could go all kinds of wrong - yikes!); hoping to start with pullets.
