Hello to every one on this forum!
I registered on this site because it's the best poultry information hub on the net! no UK based site comes close
We currently have 14 chickens and will be adding 2 more later on this year! Our flock is as follows:
2 Rhode Island Red Roosters
1 White star Rooster
1 Rhode Island Red
1 Cuckoo Maran
1 Cream legbar x Frisian Fowel
1 White Leghorn
1 Bluebell ( hybrid )
1 Black Rock ( hybrid )
1 Saplepoot
2 Buff Bantams
2 Light Sussex
The Roosters now have their own run to give the hens a rest, we didn't want any Roos but now we have 3! But love them just the same
Here are some pictures
Perching for the night in a old outside
brick toilet
This is Blue, our Bluebell
Perdy and Corn our two light Sussex pullets
Bacon our White leghorn taking a bath with Blue
Boss Cockadoodledooing
Scab and star
3 Bantams scratching by their coop
Scratching around, the coop in the background is just a shelter for them from rain
Toop in their feeding shed
Star in the Roosters section of the run
