Did you ever figure this out? I'm looking at moving to a residential area and trying to figure out how that would affect my chickens. I can't seem to find any real answers either!

im pretty sure if you get a written and signed consent from your neighbors you can file that with the city and you are fine with code i believe

Hi, neighbor!

We are new here and just find there are some people like us at Fort Worth!

We got 10 chick leghorns girls at October, they are doing great. We just clipped their wing feathers this morning so they will not fly to other neighbor's yard. We just learned our chickens girls are allowed to run around in our own backyard, on the other hand,dogs can move and bark in their backyard. Anyway, our chicken girls will still have some walking time when the sun is there, haha! Another outlaw in Fort Worth!
