Hi, everyone! Finally decided to join since this site has been such an amazing source of information the last few months. After wanting chickens forever, finally broke down and went for it. 10 "Easter Eggers" from Hoover's hatchery arrived 3 weeks ago and we're having fun getting to know these chicks.... And building a coop. Funny that all my girls (hopefully girls) look like legbars.... Can't wait to see what they eventually look like, and what color eggs they lay!

Hello and welcome thats what I started out with. They are 6 weeks old tomorrow and its been fun! We just put them out in the coop last weekend they love it. They also grow fast! So enjoy while they are small. If you have any questions let us know we are here to help!
