Hi all. We live in Georgia. My wife and I ,along with our 15 yr old son is into chickens. My son started us out on his own with bantams. Now we have gotten into the larger breeds. We hatch all of ours we can and sell the babies. We have 3 incubators we use (not at the same time). We have gotten him a GQF Incubator for Christmas, so its not fired up yet. He has been using 3 GQF Hova bator styrofoam ones for a couple of years and has had a very good hatch rate, so I decided to get him a nice one to use. We have many types of chickens from OE bantams in lots of colors, Japanese bantams, RIR's, Orpingtons, WC Black Polish, to Silkies and Frizzles and regular Cochins. We also hair a pair of Mandarin Bantam Ducks. We are looking forward to meeting great people here and hopefully do business with some. There is always room for one more chicken. lol

It sounds like you all have quite a flock, welcome to the addiction! What part of GA are you all from? I am right outside of Athens, and their are quite a few of us from this great state.

Yes it is chilly here. lol

We are in Dahlonega, Ga. Not real far from Athens.
 
hi am in valdosta georgia. i am learning about dahlonega ga in my ga history class at school. supposedly the gold rush started in dahlonega. i am 14 and i getting my first incubator for christmas too. YEAH!!!
