Hello from Grand Junction Colorado

Hello from western Colorado. We have had our flock of chickens for about 14 months now. Our chicks were sent to us from a hatchery last June 2023. My husband and I have three Barred Rocks, three White Rocks and three Red Laced Wyandotte chickens. They have been very fun for us to get to know. We built our own coop from extra materials from our home renovation. The chickens have made our homestead a farm, the Tate farm. In the evening, we like to take our chairs into the chicken yard and have cocktails with our girls. Mind we are the only ones imbibing alcohol. My husband and I have learned lots and are still learning about taking care of these amazing creatures. Thanks for all the support with our latest "complication with the complication".
