Hi everyone!
Well, new to the forum but not new to chickens
I'll introduce myself and my flock.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I got my chickens about four years ago
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
At this moment I have eleven chickens
(3) What breeds do you have?
I do have two bantam Wyandottes ( black/silver), two Cochins ( grey and cappuccino colour), and seven Groninger Meeuw bantam, both lemon and gold coloured. I'm the very happy owner of a Solway henhouse that is made from recycled plastic.

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Just to hear them talk, and be curious, and having their own personality
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love to cook, do photography, hiking trips and geocaching.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
There are two cute cats that have major respect for the chickens. I work at a regional broadcast company.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I just bumped into it on the internet while searching for some ideas for a new coop. I love the articles and reviews.
