Hello from High Desert, SoCal

I recently bought 2acres in Apple Valley, Ca, and am so excited to start our small desert farm! I've already got my 2 baby nubian goats to gobble up the weeds, and have my coop going up also! I am having a heck of a time finding Buff Orpingtons locally, and that is the breed I am really looking forward to getting. I hoping to connect to a couple of nearby backyard-farmers. I'd love to trade/barter supplies, livestock, advice,etc. Give me a shout if you're nearby.
