not new to chickens but am new to quail. I have hatch a few quail out in my incubater and have a few more hatching at the end of the month. I also had 100 quail chicks sent to me. but lost 80 of them in shipping was heart braking so they sent another 100+ lost every one. hopping the chicks for the first shippmentgive me eggs next spring. Oh they are bobwhites I had shipped in and the others in the incubater and Jumbo quail. the Bobwhites we plan on setting free to repopulate around our place.

Well, that's quite the leap you're taking into quail! And those shipping mishaps...goodness, that's more than unfortunate. :(

Here's hoping that you find our community to be overflowing with all the poultry info you could ever be in need of- and maybe you'll make a few lasting acquaintances along the way. :highfive:
