Hello from Indiana

Just wanted to say hi. I have been reading BYC for a while and decided to join. My family moved back to Indiana last June after 12 years in Illinois. We brought with us 2 of our 4 human kids, 2 are grown. 2 dogs a Bloodhound and a Chihuahua. 3 tortoises, two are Sulcata the third largest in the world the third is a Leopard tortoise. We finally found a small farm and moved in last fall. We had chickens and ducks many years ago and I new I wanted some so we got 4 pullets, Bared Rock and 7 Pekins and 1 Welsh. My husband is Welsh so he wanted a Welsh, lol. I joined because even though I have had Chickens and Ducks in the past I am no expert and I have found many answers to questions here. I look forward to chatting with you all, Mel
