Hello from Jersey!

Hello all - I am new to BYC, but it has been a super helpful site as we learn to care for our chickens.

We have a very small flock of birds here in Jersey, Channel Islands - a mixture of breeds kept for eggs. This year we haven’t been able to buy new birds (the only store on the island has stopped supplying) so we’re incubated our own. 6 chicks from 7 eggs, though one is looking a bit poorly right now I am looking forward to getting to know you as we learn how to care for our new arrivals!
