Well - haven't had internet for awhile but had to share this ...
My lil yellowish chicks - look like they are amberlinks - and both appear to be hens - even the big cocky one that I thought was a rooster - but her name is still Elmo. She's the only one who knows her name and comes to it.
My lil plain black chicks ended up being golden-laced wyandottes - and they are GORGEOUS - named Naughty and Nice - and the Naughty one is definitely a rooster ... he has that funny crow that they have when they are young
My lil grey chicks have ended up with one being a grey lil hen - looking kinda like a sussex - and one ending up being a gorgeous lil rooster - mostly black with auburn neck feathers... not quite sure what he is supposed to be. He definitely will be the one to watch - he is already acting like he's a bad a$$. He will quickly learn that in my coop - I am the ALPHA bird... funny thing is he seems to be fond of Elmo - looks like a chihuahua trying to "date" a great dane!
I may have to get some more hens so I can keep both roosters... they are both so beautiful I can't bear to give them up.
