Thanks everyone.

I have three little girls. They are each getting their own tractor. New place has a shop with a large door so we can build them inside and then drag them out with my garden tractor.

Already collecting materials, I have a source of free pallets.

Looks like the house is going to go through. Closing sometime the first part of December.
