Anything in particular you'd be concerned with? I mean, before winter that window will not be there. I will have it taking on, sealed off, and the birds will have a different means of getting into/out of the coop. The barn itself will provide plenty of shelter for them--and I plan to have plenty of hay as well as shavings for them to keep warm. From what I've been reading, that (along with ventilation for moisture) is really all they need. No?
