Hi Everyone! I been raising chickens for almost 4 years now and I love it. I have in my current flock 2 Easter eggers, a Cochin, 7 Brahmas, a Mille Fluer D'Uccle, and 6 silkie crosses. They all have names and are very spoiled. All my chickens are friendly and the kids just love feeding them. Caroline, my light brahma is my favorite hen and the reason why I love brahmas so much. She is very smart, loves to be held and cuddled, and very talkative. I have been reading backyardchickens.com for years and it has been the greatest place to learn about chickens and when there is an emergency it has been the biggest help in saving the lives of my beloved birds. I am very excited to finally have the means to be able to be apart of this wonderful forum and to post pictures and stories of my flock.
