Sad day here had to give up our Rooster because of complaining neighbor. Hatched him from an egg! Not sure I did the right thing but it was the law. Miss him already and his girls do too. Anyone else experienc e this?

Hi, neighbor. Glad to meet you, even on this sad occasion. I am very sorry you had to give up your rooster. I have not had that happen, simply because I didn't get any roosters (that survived shipping). It must be a sad day. But I hope you and your ladies will find happiness in the future. My girls seem to be perfectly content without any man in their lives.

See this from South Pacific to see how some ladies feel about losing a guy (at least some of the time). My quail ladies feel this way at least!
