awww nice chickies! When they are about to start laying, they will normally squat for you and let you pet them when you approach them with your hand out to pet them. But when it’s not laying season then nope. So don’t give up! You can also try sitting out on a chase lounge with some mealworms on your tummy lol (yes I have done this )
