Hello from Minnesota...for now

Hey all,

I am currently living in Chisago County, MN (about a half hour north of the Twin Cities) but may soon be relocating to Onondaga County NY. I have two Swedish Blue ducks, Mabel and Geno, and will share pics and videos somewhere...once I get the site figured out a little bit more

I decided to sign up here because I'm having problems figuring out if I'm allowed to have ducks in/near Syracuse and you guys are pretty smart.

Welcome to BYC. Locate your state thread in the Social Forum (Where am I? Where are you!) and pose this question there. There's a lot of rural areas in Onondaga area - I've got to believe that poultry is OK there.

Thanks everyone! My two ducks are the first poultry pets I've ever had and I don't know if they will be making the trip with me or if I will have to start over. Either way I have found that the ducks are great therapy animals for my mental health issues (20 year Navy Vet) and I will be having some no matter where I go.
