Have a sick chicken, but am excited to find this Forum because I am New to the raising Chicken thing and interested in doing it right.

Welcome to BYC. There's a lot of good information on here and people seem to be willing to share their experiences. Every once in a while I get depressed when all the posts are about sick chickens, but then I just go to one of the message boards where people are more likely to show pictures of their chickens or tell funny stories about them and that cheers me up again. When my rooster was hurt in a raccoon attack, it was very helpful to have a place to go for assistance in trying to treat his injuries. Hope your chicken gets better.
