Hello, we have 11 egg layers, and my son has started raising chickens for 4-H, to show at the local fairs. I'm hoping to use this site to help him find the chickens he likes, and information to help education my son.

Hello and Welcome To BYC! X2 on post on your state thread to see what show quality birds are available in your area. You might check out the Breeds, Genetics and Showing forum and post on there for breed ideas for your son... Seramas would make a fun breed to show as well, they are one of the smallest breeds of chicken.
