I had chickens and ducks when I was a child and always wanted to have them again, finnaly I have the space to keep them so I got myself four little bantam chicks and four ducklings. I've been creeping on this site for the last couple weeks refreshing my memory on all the things I need for them and figured I'd join so I could contribute, and stop burning my friends ears with all my baby talk. :p

I am pleased you delurked and hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

BYC has Topic of the Week discussions which I have found to be a great resource, informative and sometimes entertaining; so definitely worth checking out. Also, great as husbandry refreshers. There are some down the bottom of the page which are duck specific.

Your babies are so adorable!! If you would like to share more Pictures and Stories of them, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)
