I've been visiting BYC awhile and finally decided I might as well join. Don't know why I waited so long.

My son and I are the chicken people of the family while my husband is the official coop builder. We currently have some Nankin, Splash Rosecomb, OEG Silver Duckwing, and Buff Brahma bantams.

Welcome to the flock - I had to smile at the bolded, as that sounds so much like my own family (my daughter also loves the chickens, but not nearly as much as my son - and she's off to college anyway, so he's my partner in chicken keeping). Glad to have you join in the fun around here!
