Thank you all for the welcomes! I was out in the garage at 4:45 this morning working on the coop. It loooks more like a sand box than a coop and run, but tomorrow, I may get to framing some walls.

We're in the same boat as you. We're in the SF East Bay as well and cannot keep chickens either.
