Hello from North Alabama

Hello,
I'm Emily, at the moment I live in North Alabama. I'm a mother to one little boy, wife, avid gardener and now chicken owner!
I truly adore my 6 week old ladies(and one possible cockerel lol). My favorite being Chippy the excessively inquisitive black and gold Ameracuna. Yet, I find I have a lot of questions...and my neighbor just gave me two 8-9 week old cream legbar/Maran cockerels aaaaand yeah that'll be a question thread lol. I also have a very big very lazy bloodhound(clifford) and a white Shepard mix who believes he is a corgi (Walter). I am glad to be here and have tons of questions

I was wondering about that....these two birds are from about 100yards away but I'm still gonna let them quarantine for a bit.
