Hello everyone!
My name is Sebrina and I live in north Texas, just to the west of Texas Motor Speedway. I recently let my daughters talk me into getting some chickens for my back yard. Here I thought that I after growing up and taking care of chickens I was through, I was wrong.
On March 17, we went to Tractor Supply and got our 10 little chicks (7 Red Pullets, and 3 mixed Straight Run) that I am using as my profile picture. My husband, brother, and myself have spent the past couple of weekends building a new hen house to put them into and it is finally finished.
We put them outside yesterday with their heat lamp for at night.
So happy to be on this forum and meeting new people. I look forward to talking to new people and sharing experiences.
