We're closing on the ranch TODAY!!!
I woke up at 1:30am and have been drinking coffee and reading up on chickens ever since. Can't wait to get moved and out there working on land. First order of business is the chicken project. My family is relatively large, and we go thru a dozen eggs per morning at the breakfast table, which at current organic egg prices, works out to about $1,400 a year in egg purchasing expense.
Couple that with the fact that this land is overrun with grasshoppers and chiggers......and OH BOY Ive got two birds with one stone fixing to get handled up on!
