Hello from Northern CA

Hello All!
I have had just 3 chickens for 14 weeks. I hatched some in my classroom, and 22 out of 25 eggs hatched! I ended up taking 3 chicks home, and it has been so fun! I have been reading posts here for a while, and finally decided it was time to introduce myself.
I am 99.9% sure 2 out of 3 of my chickens are roos. Which is such a bummer! I love them just the same, but I am not allowed to have them in the area I am in. Now I have to find at least 1 other pullet to hang out with "the waitress", so she's not lonely and still find good home for "charlie" and "sweet D" (Now dennis)

Thanks for the welcome! I just posted a larger pic of the black one. (we are SURE he's a rooster, he's been crowing for about two weeks)
I'll have to take close ups of the other two.

Aww, sorry you turned out with so many roos!
You should check out Where am I, where are you and see if anyone near you knows where you can get more hens!
