Hi Everyone,
My name is Mansoor and I live with my wife and our two children in Northern California, close to Sacramento region. We just completed our backyard coop little over a week ago, and currently have three hens. They are laying and it is great to walk back into the yard and collect fresh organic eggs on daily basis. We live in the city, and our city ordinance doesn't allow for a rooster, otherwise I would love to have one for my flock.
For their feed, I have introduced the Purina brand which contains oyster shells for calcium and mixed with Flock Party's: mealworms, crickets, oat & mealworm mix. They seem to enjoy it!
