Hi from The Osage Rez. We just dressed out 4 meaters yesterday. The largest (10 weeks) was 4.75 #'s and it was a solemn first time for me. I said a prayer for thanks and the first roo was waiting at "the door" on me. This morning, that chicken stock sure smelled good as it had been stewing all night in the crock pot. I'm not sure about this web site though. It seems like there are bunch of giddy and frivolous posts with much banter and much ado about nothing. Drop by for coffee sometime, I'll be around. -h
