Hey I’m late to this one but I didnt see anyone respond to this part of your post. Yes, Wyandottes cabln handle our heat fine. Especially if they have plenty of shady trees around. If its really dry and hot water under some trees for them to scratch around in the damp but not muddy dirt. Did you get your chickens yet or are you still getting prepared for them?
