Hi everyone. I have a small goat herd and I just brought home six red pullets yesterday. I'm new to chickens. My dad is sure that two of them are RIR's. We got two coops just sitting outside and now that it's almost spring I figured why not put them to use? I refuse to buy eggs at the store so I wanted to be able to have fresh eggs for us to use. I am really wanting to get some Ameraucana chickens if anyone can recommend a place that doesn't require me to purchase 25 I would appreciate it. We have an incubator so if hatching out is the only way I can do that, but I'd really like to try and get chicks.
