I'm glad your husband's got the 'virus'. This is my third time I've had chickens but is the first time my husbands been 'involved'. And he is VERY involved now. He talks to them everyday. Scolds them when we only get two eggs, lets them sample the meat off of the grill, stays out in the yard with them during free-range time so no hawks will get them......it's pretty funny to watch them interact.
